1) to relief of poverty amongst socially and economically disadvantaged people who have experienced or threatened with homelessness in derbyshire and who are in need, hardship and distress by supporting individuals and other charitable or not for profit organisations to provide appropriate information, advice, accommodation, training and support to assist people in maintaining their independence and enhancing their life opportunities. 2) to promote and preserve good health by provisions of funds and services of any kind including through the provisions of counselling, support and adocacy services. 3) to advance education through training and work experience opportunities. 4) to promote such other charitable purposes as the trustees from time to time may think fit.
