to help and educate young people through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of lifemay be improved. to help young people so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society, and to this end to assist and support youth organisations being members of the charity in all aspects of their work.for additional objects see constitution provision and maintenance of a youth centre for the use of persons under the age who are resident in the area of benefit. for further details see scheme. the objects of the charity are specifically restricted to the following:1. to advance in life and help young people through the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life and providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals;2. to act as a resource for young people by providing advice, assistance, services, training and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of advancing education and relieving unemployment.
