"4 objectsthe charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following:4.1 to advance the education of the students of nailsea school in particular but not exclusively by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities and activities not normally required to be provided by the school.4.2 to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of nailsea and the surrounding area (ôç£the area of benefitôçø) the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.4.3 to promote such other purposes as are exclusively charitable under the laws of england and wales as the trustees decide."
