Objects:
"the objects of the charity (""the objects"") are:(1) to promote human rights (as set out in the universal declaration of human rights and subsequent united nations conventions and declarations) throughout the world by all or any of the following means: (a) raising awareness of human rights issues; (b) promoting support for human rights;in furtherance of that object but not otherwise, the trustees shall have power to engage in political activity provided that the trustees are satisfied that the proposed activities will further the purposes of the charity to an extent justified by the resources committed and the activity is not the dominant means by which the charity carries out its objects;(2)to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. for the purpose of this clause, socially excluded means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one or more of the following factors: unemployment, financial hardship, youth or old age; ill health (physical or mental); substance abuse or dependency including alcohol and drugs; discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, disability, ethnic origin, religion, belief, creed, sexual orientation or gender re-assignment; poor educational or skills attainment; relationship and family breakdown; poor housing (that is housing that does not meet basic habitable standards); crime (either as a victim of crime or as an offender rehabilitating into society);(3)the furtherance of such other objects or purposes which are currently recognised as charitable or are in the spirit of any objects or purposes currently recognised as charitable according to the law of england and wales in any part of the world and in such manner as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit."
