"to the extent that such object of the charity are wholly for the benefit of the public at large in sierra leone and that the objects shall always be solely and exclusively charitable, the charity's objects (""objects"") are to promote the following purposes for the people of sierra leone:1.advancing education in all forms; 2. promoting equality and diversity; 3. promoting community participation in healthy recreation by providing or fostering the provision of facilities and equipment for education, sport or other leisure time occupation for such persons who have need for such facilities and equipment by reason of their youth, age, informity, disablement or relative financial, social or economic disadvantage with the object of improving their conditions of life;4. assisting people in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship, social exclusion or other disadvantage; and 5. such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the people of sierra leone as the trustees may from time to time decide the outcome of this being the promotion of the well-being of the people of sierra leone."
