4.1 advancement of educationto provide education to people of all ages who suffer from poverty, crisis or conflict, in any manner that the directors deem effective, including without limitation, instruction on basic curriculum, hygiene and ancillary programs that promote self-sustainability. 4.2 disaster relief to provide emergency relief to those suffering from natural disasters, in any manner that the directors deem effective, including without limitation, the provision of food, shelter and hygiene support.4.3 prevention or relief of poverty for the public benefit to promote the relief of poverty for individuals, or prevention of poverty generally, through the development and implementation of any program that the directors deem effective.4.4 to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.for the purpose of this clause ‘socially excluded’ means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one of more of the following factors: unemployment; financial hardship; youth or old age; ill health (physical or mental); substance abuse or dependency including alcohol and drugs; discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, disability, ethnic origin, religion, belief, creed, sexual orientation or gender re-assignment; poor educational or skills attainment; relationship and family breakdown; poor housing (that is housing that does not meet basic habitable standards; crime (either as a victim of crime or as an offender rehabilitating into society).4.5 relief of financial hardship to provide relief to individuals suffering from short-term or long-term financial hardship in any manner that the directors deem fit, including without limitation, the provision of assistance with education, planning and programs.4.6 relief of unemployment to assist the unemployed obtain and maintain employment in any manner that the directors deem effective, including without limitation, the identification of employment opportunities, the development of skills necessary to obtain employment and the creation or coordination of employment opportunities.4.7 to promote sustainable development for the benefit of the public by:a)the preservation, conservation and the protection of the environment and the prudent use of natural resources;b)the relief of poverty and the improvement of the conditions of life in socially and economically disadvantaged communities;c)the promotion of sustainable means of achieving economic growth and regeneration.sustainable development means “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needsâ€.
