the objects of the charity shall be:a) the prevention or relief of poverty in ghana by providing: grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.b) to relieve poverty among refugees and their dependents living in buduburam, ghana by providing or assisting in providing clothing, healthcare projects and education.c) to advance the education of the pupils at abura roman catholic primary school by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school.d) for the public benefit to promote the education (including social and physical training) of people under the age of 25 years under the care of the egyam orphanage, takoradi, ghana in such ways as the charity trustees think fit, including by:i) awarding to such persons scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any university, college or institution of higher or further education; ii) providing their education (including the study of music or other arts), to undertake travel in furtherance of that education or to prepare for entry to any occupation, trade or profession on leaving any educational establishment.e) to relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the patients of effia nkwanta hospital and abura health centre in takoradi, ghana by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities.
