"3.1 the charity's objects (""objects"") are:(a) to assist in such ways as the charity trustees think fit any charity whose aims include advancing in life and assisting persons between the ages of approximately 14 and 25 years (""young people"") to improve their current or future prospects of securing employment or other means of livelihood; and (b) to advance in life and help young persons to improve their current or future prospects of securing employment or other means of livelihood, especially but not exclusively through:(i) providing support and activities to young people which improve their skills, capacities and capabilities;(ii) advancing the education of young people by developing their mental, physical and moral capabilities;(iii) acting as a resource for young people by providing advice and assistance;(iv) helping young people to become independent, mature and responsible individuals;(v) supporting the economic development of local communities and wider areas to improve the opportunities for young people; and(vi) improving the reputation and perception of young people. "
