"the charityôçös objects (ôç£objectsôçø) are specifically restricted to the following:a) to promote for the inhabitants of barnstable, devon and the wider surrounding area (hereinafter called the ""area of benefit"") the provision of facilities for, recreation, sport or other leisure-time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social or economic circumstances and for the public at large in the interests of healthy life styles, social welfare and with the object of increasing accessibility and of advancing education, sport and improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.b) to establish or to secure the establishment of a community building (hereinafter called the ""centre"") and to maintain and manage, or to co-operate with any local statutory authority, other charity or association in the maintenance and management of such centre for activities in furtherance of the above objects."
