for the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of unwanted dogs in south east essex and in particular to provide veterinary care and neutering for the dogs in the stray dog pound. to make the public aware of the responsibilities of adopting a dog and the need for properly socialised dogs in the community. also to assist the public in the neutering of dogs in their care to reduce the leval of unwanted puppies and young dogs being abandoned.
