"the charity is established to advance the christian religion by the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and beautification of the church of st john the baptist okewood in the diocese of guildford (hereinafter called ""the church"") and of the monuments,fittings,fixtures,stained glass,furniture,ornaments and chattels in the church and churchyards belonging to the church.for the avoidance of doubta) improvements may include alterations and new building works required to enhance the use of the church for the public benefit.b) restoration,preservation,repair,maintenance,improvement and beautification of the churchyard shall include work required on other buildings, graves, paths, benches,walls and fences,trees,hedges and any other object within the cutilage of the church and churchyard."
