"to further such charitable purposes for the benefit of the public within the city of wolverhampton (the ""area of benefit"") as the trustees see fit from time to time in particular but not exclusively by:(a)the advancement of education;(b)the promotion of civic responsibility and good citizenship;(c)relieving poverty and relieving those in need, hardship or distress;(d)the relief of unemployment;(e)advancing in life and helping young people by providing them with support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals;(f)developing the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged community in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society;(g)the advancement of religion;"
