1) to promote and further the educational , health and wellbeing of all school age children living within the area of benefit (the beneficiaries); to provide and promote supplementay education and relief from educational under achievement, social and/or economic disadvantage and to ensure wider access to youth provision and related activities to advance aspirations and raise achievement levels of children of all ages; and in particular to provide opportunities for the aforementioned beneficiaries to participate fully in the life of their community in ways which address and alleviate social and economic exclusion and disadvantage particularly for children from excluded communities.2) to provide assistance, support and information to meet the needs of the beneficiaries; and to liase and work closely with relevant statutory and other agencies with a view to participating in and facilitating the formulation and development of supplementary educational activities reflecting the cultural and religious needs of the beneficiaries by implementing sensitive systems to remove barriers and increase access. further more to liase with relevant agencies at a strategic level to develop and implement policies having relation to the enhancement of educational achievement of beneficiaries, thereby improving the conditions of life experienced by the beneficiaries.
