the relief of children and young people with additional needs, and their parents, families and carers in cheshire east, in particular but not exclusively by:a) promoting and enabling effective two way communication between parents and carers of children and young people, and the local authority, health services and other partner agencies in order for the views of parents and carers to be identified, represented and included in service planning, delivery and evaluation; andb) facilitating the opportunity for service planners to feedback to parents and carers on decisions and planning resulting from consultation; andc) the provision of support, information, activities and training to the said beneficiaries
