4 (1) to advance education for the public benefit in particular but not limited to (a) the provision of in depth talmudic studies, studies of jewish law to rabbinic levels and education on ethics based on jewish laws and practice (b) the provision of a library to enable users to undertake extensive research (for the public benefit) on the above matters and related issues and (c) educational assistance (teaching, training, support and mentoring) to boys and young adults in particular who require and would benefit from such assistance.(2) to advance in life and to relieve the needs of young people (in particular but not limited to boys) through the provision of support and activities which develop their skills capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.(3) to further such other charitable purposes as the directors see fit from time to time.
