(a) to provide holidays and outings for childrena dn their famililes or women in poor health resident in the area of benefit who are all in conditions of need, hardship or distress arising therefrom with the object fo improving their conditions of life;(b) to make grants in money or monies worth primarily but not exclusively to women resident in the area of benefit who are in conditions of need hardship or distress arising therefrom or to organisations who support such women with the object of improving their conditions of life; and(c) to provide faciliites for education, recreation and leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare for those resident in the area of benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, social or economic circumstances all with the object of improving their conditions of life
