the charity’s objects (“objectsâ€) are specifically restricted to the following: 1.to advance jordanian and arab culture and heritage for the public benefit in such ways as the trustees may from time to time determine. 2 to advance education in such ways as the trustees may from time to time determine. 3 to prevent or relieve poverty. 4 to advance religion for the public benefit by assisting churches or mosques. 5 to promote for the public benefit services directed towards mediation, conciliation or reconciliation between groups involved in disputes or conflict. 6 to promote human rights (as set out in the universal declaration of human rights and subsequent united nations conventions and declarations) throughout the world by all or any of the following means: • monitoring abuses of human rights; • obtaining redress for the victims of human rights abuse; • raising awareness of human rights issues; • promoting public support for human rights; • promoting respect for human rights among individuals and corporations. 7.such other purposes as are exclusively charitable in accordance with the laws of england and wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.
