1. to pay from the estate of the late algernon gordon doyle (deceased) the annual sum of thirty pounds free of income tax to the vicar and churchwardens for the time being of all saints church sydenham for such charitable purposes in the said parish as the said vicar and churchwards shall in their absolute discretion think fit and it is requested but without imposing any binding trust that the said vicar and churchwardens will apply the same to provide cricket and football equipment for the boys club of the said church.2. to pay one half of the balance of the income of the residuary estate of the late algernon gordon doyle (deceased) to the church of england pensions board to be used for the purposes of the clergy pensions augmentation funds established under the provisions of section 42 of the clergy pensions measure 1948.3. to pay the remaining half of the balance of the income of the residuary estate of the late algernon gordon doyle (decd) to the dean and chapter of the cathedral and metropolitan church of christ canterbury to be applied by the dean and chapter for and towards the maintenance of the fabric of canterbury cathedral.4. if at any time the said all saints church or the said cathedral of the said pensions board shall cease to exist or it shall become unlawful to apply the income of my residuary estate for any of the purposes aforesaid my trustees shall hold my residuary estate or an appropriate part thereof upon trust to apply the same as to both capital and income for such charitable institutions or such charitable objects in england as my trustees may in their absolute discretion select.
