"3.1 the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit, to:3.1.1 relieve need among individuals who have been victims of human-trafficking; and3.1.2 promote human rights (as set out in the universal declaration of human rights and subsequent united nations corrections and declarations), and to prevent the infringement of human rights by human-trafficking, anywhere in the world by all or any of the following means:(a) promoting human rights at home and abroad;(b) monitoring abuses of human rights;(c) obtaining redress for victims of human rights abuse;(d) relieving need among the victims of human rights abuse;(e) researching into human rights issues;(f) educating the public about human rights;(g) providing technical advice to governments and others on human rights matters;(h) contributing to the sound administration of human rights law;(i) commenting on proposed human rights legislation;(j) raising awareness of human rights issues;(k) promoting popular support for human rights;(l) undertaking international advocacy of human rights; or(m) eliminating infringements of human rights.""human-trafficking"" means the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receiving of individuals within a country or across borders, whether by force or not, for the purpose of exploiting the individual."
