the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects (“the objects”):(a) to advance the education of young offenders and young adults at risk of custodial sentence, in the subjects of literacy, numeracy and business studies with a view to instilling a skill set that will enable positive contribution to the community and the local economy and for them to become good citizens.(b) to promote the rehabilitation of young offenders, and those young adults at risk of a custodial sentence, with a view to preventing reoffending, through the provision of support, education and practical advice
