Objects:

the objects of the company are for the benefit of the public (the objects): 4.1.the relief of poverty, hardship, sickness and distress within the area of benefit and in accordance with christian principles with a particular emphasis on assisting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by the provision of funds goods or services of any kind as the directors shall from time to time determine including (but not exclusively) the provision of:-4.1.1.housing and other amenities and services;4.1.2.meals and other sustenance;4.1.3.counselling, support and advice.4.2.to advance education within the area of benefit in such ways as the directors may from time to time think fit with a particular emphasis on assisting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with a view to promoting the independence of such people, developing their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may integrate into the local community and thus improve their conditions of life; and4.3.to promote such other purposes recognised as charitable under the laws of england wales as the directors may from time to time may think fit.
