"to further the religious and other charitable work of the church of england in the former ecclesiastical parish of nympsfield prior to the creation of a united benefice (""the united benefice"") by a pastoral scheme dated the seventh day of october two thousand and five (""the pastoral scheme"") with particular reference to:a) the maintenance improvement provision and upkeep of the fabric (which includes the organ and church clock) furnishings vestments and structure of the church of st bartholomew's nympsfield and its churchyard and lych gateb) the payment of the costs of heating and lighting and sound system of the said church and the items referred to in these objectsc) subject to the priority of (a) and (b) above other ventures of a similar nature which will assist with and promote the use of st bartholomew's nympsfield as a place of christian worship for persons in communion with the church of englandprovided that no monies may be used as payment towards the diocesan quota for the said united benefice or any subsequent benefice or team ministry of which the said former parish forms part"
