1) to advance the islamic religion in greater london for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on the islamic faith to enlighten others about islam.2) to advance the education of the public by such means as the trustees may determine, in particular but not exclusively through the provision of information technology classes, esol classes and literacy and numeracy classes.3) to promote for the benefit of the public in greater london and its neighbourhood with a view to the preservation of public order, the provision of services for mediation and conciliation between people, organisations and groups who are involved in disputes or interpersonal conflicts where that dispute or conflict results from or may lead to acts of nuisance, vandalism, racial abuse, breach of the peace or family breakdown.
