to advance the education of young people in the lewes district by:-·giving them the opportunity to participate in the process of developing and taking part in high quality celebratory art and design projects, in particular working with those in their final year of primary school by working with them to design and make their own costumes for a celebratory arts parade;·enhancing and broadening young peoples experience of the arts and design in and out of school in the lewes district; and·inspiring and promoting artistic endeavour and appreciation in the wider community by presenting art events involving artists, young people and their families.
