Objects:

1) to provide and maintain memorials and grave markers to commemorate the lives of holders of the victoria cross for the benefit of the general public and for posterity to perpetuate the memory of these brave people. 2) to advance the education of the public as to the lives, citation details and last resting places of victoria cross holders by such means as the directors may determine.
