Objects:
"the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects (""the objects""):(1) to advance the christian faith in india and nepal, for the benefit of the public in accordance with the articles of faith appearing in the schedule and in particular but not by way of limitation by:-(i) planting churches(ii) encouraging and promoting the work of evangelism, teaching and preaching of the gospel of our lord jesus christ(iii) arranging and administering church ordinances such as child dedication, water baptism, burial, ordaining pastors etc.(2) to advance the education of the public and in particular but not by way of limitation by:-(i) promoting and advancing scientific, medical, technical, art, commercial, literacy or any other education either by free or loan scholarships.(ii) establishment, maintenance and support of educational institutions, professorships, lectureships, scholarships, rents, aids, fees, prizes and books and meeting other school expenses.(3) to prevent or relieve poverty and to advance health or the saving of lives by:-(i) rendering financial and or medical help, assistance or relief to the poor, or the needy.(ii) to establish hospitals, schools, libraries, aged homes, orphanages and other similar institutions which directly or indirectly promote the charitable objects of the trust.(iii) to give medical relief including the establishment, maintenance and support of institutions such as hospitals, dispensaries, health units, clinics and the like and to organise medical camps.(iv) to provide interest free loans to the poor and the needy and such loans may be re-payable in such a manner as the trustees may in their reasonable discretion deem fit and at the trustees discretion to release any such person or persons to whom any loan shall have been made as aforesaid from his obligations to the charity.(v) to render assistance of any kind or nature to people who have suffered as a result of natural or unforeseen calamities like earthquake, famine, floods, etc."
