the objects of the charity ('the objects') are:a) to advance children and young people in life, especially but not exclusively through provision of angling and other creative activities at a residential centre, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society; andb) to promote the rehabilitation of young offenders and those young people at risk of offending by educating such people in the environment and conservation with the aim of assisting such people to re-integrate into the community and to provide them with skills to help them find employment and rehabilitate themselves.
