Objects:

the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of health in carlisle and district, in particular but not exclusively for the benefit of persons suffering from stress following the 2005 flood, carers and those in the voluntary sector, through the provision of the following complementary therapies: aromatherapy, massage, homeopathy, indian head massage, daoyin tao, reflexology, reiki, shiatsu and such other complimentary therapies which fall within groups 1 and 2 of the house of lords science and technology sixth report and such other activities including those which advance education for the public benefit in the field of complementary therapies and training courses for therapists.
