"the objects for which the charity is established (the “objectsâ€) and to which it is specifically restricted are to promote any or all of the following activities in any manner which now is or may in the future be deemed by law to be charitable for the benefit of elderly people in and around mid-hampshire ""the area of benefit†:in and around mid-hampshire 4.1 preventing or relieving the poverty of older people;4.2 advancing education for older people and about older people;4.3 preventing or relieving sickness, disease or suffering in older people (whether emotional, mental or physical);4.4 promoting the welfare, equality and diversity of older people;4.5 assisting older people in need by reason of ill-health, disability, financial hardship, isolation, social exclusion or other disadvantage;4.6 helping older people to live independently in their own homes if that is their wish, and4.7 such other charitable purposes for the benefit of older people as the trustees may from time to time decide the outcome of which being the promotion of the well-being of older people."
