"the net income of the trust fund (after payment thereout of any necessary and properly payable expenses) shall and the whole or any part of the capital thereof may be applied for the following objects (""the objects"") to advance the education of those students who wish to study acting and/or directing by establishing and maintaining scholarships including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing by:- (a) covering in whole or in part the tuition fees and living expenses of students of outstanding ability who wish to study acting at the rose bruford college (""rbc"") and have been accepted for admission but who are unable to obtain funding from normal sources. students of any national origin shall be eligible for such scholarships provided that they have sufficient mastery (to the satisfaction of the panel as hereinafter defined) of spoken and written english(b) covering in whole or in part the tuition fees and living expenses of rbc graduates undertaking post-graduate studies either in the united kingdom or abroad in acting and directing or of graduates of any other institution undertaking post-graduate studies at the rbc.a scholarship may be paid by the trustees in any manner that they shall determine including the provision of interest free loans to students"
