"the objects of the charity (""the objects"") are for the public benefit:-1. to relieve people in need, including but not limited to those with mental health illness, those currently suffering from or recovering from substance mis-use or other addictive behaviour patterns, offenders, ex-offenders, the homeless, poor people, aged, disabled (whether physically or mentally) or chronically sick by all or any of the following means:a) providing support in the form of housing, or accommodation, or services including but not limited to medical, social, welfare, rehabilitative, resettlement and care services;b) providing education, training, employment, mentoring and other similar services;2. to further such other exclusively charitable purposes according to the law of england and wales as the trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time determine."
