to purchase,preserve,restore,use and maintain artefacts comprising the trust property(as defined in clause 1.1 hereof)within the boundaries of the property currently known as the bollington methodist church,wellington road,bollington,macclesfield,in the county of cheshire for the public benefit;(the words“restore”and“preserve”shall have the meanings ascribed to them in“standards in the museum care of larger and working objects”appendix c paragraph 3 1994 published by the museums and galleries commission)2.to further or benefit the residents of cheshire east and the neighbourhood,without distinction of sex,sexual orientation,race or of political,religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities,voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
