3.1 to advance the christian religion and education by 3.1.1participating in the life and work of churches together in england(cte)as an intermediate body;3.1.2 sponsoring local ecumenical partnerships(lep);3.1.3encouraging those bodies and individuals in the churches who share a similar remit or concern to work together;3.1.4taking any further actions which may encourage the development of the ecumenical agenda.3.2to relieve financial hardship anywhere in the world by making grants from funds raised directly or co-ordinated fundraising efforts by member churches.
