Objects:
the charity’s objects (‘objects’) are specifically restricted to the following:(1) to preserve and protect the physical and mental health of the families of, and those caring for, sufferers of neuro-degenerative disorders especially but not exclusively through the provision of appropriate accommodation and facilities; (2) to relieve financial hardship among the families of, and persons caring for or nursing, a person with a neuro-degenerative disorder especially but not exclusively through the provision of appropriate accommodation and facilities; (3) to relieve sickness and promote and protect the health of persons who are suffering with neuro-degenerative disorders and to assist in their treatment and care; (4) to advance the education of the public in the subject of neuro-degenerative disorders; and(5) the promotion of social inclusion, for the public benefit, amongst persons suffering with neuro-degenerative disorders, their families and those caring for such sufferers, who together are socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of their situation, especially because they are predominantly housebound, by: a) providing, amongst other things, information technology at the home and training in computer skills to enable such sufferers, their families and those caring for such sufferers to access the internet and to communicate, network with and mutually exchange experiences and ideas with others in similar situations, and b) raising public awareness about their needs and assisting in the wider improvement in their situation.â€
