3. the company's objects are specifically restricted to the following:(a) to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of south elmsall and the surrounding area (?the area of benefit?) the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.(b) to establish, or secure the establishment of, a community centre (hereinafter called, ?the centre?) and to maintain and manage this, along with other community facilities (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or other person or body) in furthernace of these objects.(c) the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities.
