the objects of the cio are the relief of adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues in east lancashire and its environs, in particular but not exclusively through:(1) the provision of supported accommodation and a range of high quality services;(2) becoming the provider of choice within the defined area for such adults and their families;(3) encouraging self reliance and independence amongst such adults within the community.
