the charity's objects ('objects') are to achieve the following outcomes:to protect, save and preserve life and property and relieve injury, suffering and distress, primarily but not confined to the communities of the north west of england, by the provision of a rapid air search and technical rescue service capable of supporting, complementing and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing emergency services of the region. the service will benefit all members of the public in the region, through the provision of an emergency response helicopter and support functions and related proactive education, training and instructional activities.
