Objects:
1) to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of curdridge incorporating curbridge (the area of benefit) the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.2) to further or benefit the residents of the area of benefit and the neighbourhood, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.in furtherance of these objects but not otherwise, the trustees shall have power:to establish a community centre and to maintain or manage or co-operate with any statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a centre for activities promoted by the charity in furtherance of the above objects.3) to advance the christian religion for the public benefit by such means as the trustees may determine, in particular through the holding of bible classes and other religious services and meetings in connection with the church of england or any other denomination having a regular place of religious worship in the parish of curdridge incorporating curbridge.
