the charity's objects ('the objects')are: a)to relieve elderly people, primarily persons of pakistani and kashmiri origin now living in leeds who are in need, by providing items, services or facilities calculated to relieve the need of such persons. b)the relief of financial hardship, in particular but not exclusively, among persons of pakistani and kashmiri origin now living in leeds and the surrounding area by providing such persons with goods/services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means. c)the advancement of education and the relief of sickness and preservation of health among people residing in leeds and the surrounding area. d)to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of leeds and the surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.
