the charity’s objects(“objects”)are specifically restricted to the following:(1)the prevention and relief of poverty by supplying donated furniture, household goods and tools at minimal cost to people in need.(2)the protection and preservation of the environment by encouraging re-use/recycling of donated furniture, household goods and tools.(3)the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including the provision of training, employment, work experience and volunteering opportunities.(4)such other purposes as are exclusively charitable in accordance with the laws of england and wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.
