the charity?s objects (?the objects?) are: (1) to assist in care of persons under the age of sixteen years normally resident in the administrative areas of hertfordshire, bedfordshire and buckinghamshire (or in the successors to those areas from time to time) suffering from brain tumours and similar or related conditions or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such conditions; and (2) to promote and protect as far as possible the physical and mental health of such persons and their immediate families through the provision of financial assistance, support, education, counselling and practical advice and in addition to provide holidays and other appropriate recreation for them and their immediate families.
