"upon trust to maintain and keep the same in proper repair, so far as funds available for such repairs are from time to time received by the trustees, and (unless deemed unnecessary) to insure the same against fire, and to permit the said premises and all or any buildings or building which now are, or is or may hereafter be erected on the same premises or any part thereof , to be used by believers professedly holding the doctrines approved by trustees as set forth in forth in the schedule hereto, and (if assembling as a church) observing the practices set forth in the said schedule, for the conduct of meetings for the worship of god, for the preaching of the gospel of god, for the fellowship and edification of believers, and also for the holding of sunday school and other meetings connected with any of the forgoing purposes (hereinafter collectively called ""the purposes aforesaid"") and approved by the trustees"
