3.1 the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit: 3.1.1 to advance the education of pupils in the french education system in the united kingdom, in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by providing premises and facilities for schools offering a french or a broader bilingual curriculum and or providing assistance in establishing, maintaining, carrying on, managing and developing such schools; and3.1.2 to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities operating within the fields of education and related activities for the benefit of the community.
