the charity will operate primarily but not exclusively in india to advance the following objects: 1. to relieve poverty, sickness and distress, promote and protect good health and advance education among those in need of assistance by such charitable means for the public benefit as the trustees see fit. 2. to advance the islamic religion for the benefit of the public primarily but not exclusively through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures and broadcasts, public celebration of religious festivals and producing literature on islam to enlighten others about the religion. 3.to advance in life and help young people in india people through: (a) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life; (b) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
