the objects of the cio are: to relieve persons in cobham, oxshott, stoke d'abernon and downside within the borough of elmbridge, surrey and surrounding areas who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, as 'need' is defined in clause 30, (interpretation), by providing free food and in such other ways as the trustees from time to time think fit,- the relief of poverty:- the relief of those in need by reason of financial hardship.- the benefit provided by the cio is available to anyone irrespective of age, sex, race or nationality, provided that they have need and that they live or have need in the villages of cobham, oxshott, stoke d'abernon and downside within the borough of elmbridge, surrey and surrounding areas. nothing which the cio does should cause harm or other detriment.
