1) the advancement of the education of disabled children and children with special needs in the arts and in particular the art of music and through the use of new technology and new ways of experiencing music and musical vibrations2) the advancement of education through the promotion of research into the educational and therapeutic use of the arts and in particular the art of music for the benefit of the disabled and the publication of the useful results of such research for the public benefit3) the trustees may also promote the relief of need and sickness, primarily but not exclusively for children with special needs or disabilities, through the medium of underwater music and vibrations, so long as the use of such techniques has been objectively shown to have positive effect on health, as observed by the trustees through research, monitoring and qualified third-party evaluation
