to advance the education in the christian religion amongst school children and young people in schools, colleges and other educational establishments in the area of hitchin and surrounding areas, and elsewhere as the trustees may from time to time think fit, and to promote the same in and amongst churches and other christian organisations;to advance in life and help young people through: (a) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;(b) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.to advance education by providing personal education programmes and courses for young people and by providing resources, training and advice to those working with them; andto relieve poverty, suffering and distress among young people by the provision of advice, counselling, information and support.
