the object of chesil sailability is:to promote the equality, inclusion and relief and the rehabilitation and good health of disabled people and to improve their conditions of life through providing and assisting in the provision of activities, facilities, equipment and services to enable them to participate in healthy recreation and in particular but not exclusively in sailing and other watersports.nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of chesil sailability for the purposes which are not charitable.
