(a) to relieve the needs of disabled people (primarily but not exclusively those living in the county of gloucestershire); and(b) to educate the public in the needs of disabled people;by such charitable means as the charity trustees determine, including:- creating a forum or other mechanism enabling disabled people to comment on civic and democratic issues and public services;- identifying and supporting disabled leaders in gloucestershire who will challenge inequalities and barriers faced by disabled people;- raising awareness of the challenges and barriers that disabled people have to overcome; and- improving the lives of disabled people by facilitating meaningful engagement between disabled people and organisations providing services to them.
