the charity's objects are to promote, improve and advance the education of the public in the art and science of music, primarily through the provision of high quality ensemble training and performance opportunities. the primary geographical area of the charity's activities will be glossopdale and the area known as the peak district.in furtherance of the above interests, but not further or otherwise the charity may exercise the following powers: 1. organising and promoting events including rehearsals and public performances 2. organising any such tours and trips as may be of benefit to an ensemble 3. publicising events and promoting the organisation 4. engaging professional directors to run ensembles 5. raising funds to support the charity's activities within the rules of the constitution.
